Go CV announces new partnership with The Charterhouse, part of the National Trust

Members who qualify for Go CV+ invited to visit Coventry Charterhouse for free

Members who qualify for Go CV+ are being welcomed to Coventry Charterhouse to visit for FREE, making it easier to access heritage, green space and nature in the city centre.

Working alongside Coventry City Council, the National Trust is making the offer available for the first time since taking on the management of Coventry Charterhouse in 2025 opening the historic site to thousands of local people.

The move reflects a wider commitment to making the Charterhouse a welcoming place for the people of Coventry. It builds on a growing programme of community-led activities developed with organisations, artists, schools and community groups, offering an ongoing calendar of events, workshops and activities for locals. Coventry Charterhouse is a 14th-century former monastery founded in 1381, once home to a silent order of monks who lived peacefully off the land. It sits within Coventry’s Heritage Park, one mile from the city centre, offering a peaceful place to explore the city’s history and spend time away from the bustle of everyday life.
