A number of School Admissions policies for 2027/2028 are currently out for consultation.
The final date for consultations to start to have enough time for a full consultation is today (8 December 2025). Reminders have been sent to all schools who must consult for the 2027 policies.

Christmas Holiday Timetable - 22 December 2025 to 2 January 2026
Digital Services will be carrying out important work on the Council’s network on the following dates:

Tuesday 9 December 2025 Time: 9:00pm – 10:00pm Impact: A short internet outage for a few minutes during this time.

Wednesday 10 December 2025 Time: 6:00pm – 8:00pm Impact: All internet services (inbound and outbound) may be affected. We expect the actual outage to last about 30 minutes and will keep disruption to a minimum.

Saturday 13 December 2025 Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm Impact: Network services may be interrupted at times throughout the day.
