Menopause Awareness Month shines a light on the experiences of women going through menopause, promoting education, support, and empowerment.
This month-long observance is dedicated to raising awareness about the physical, emotional, and psychological challenges women may face during menopause, while offering resources for a healthy and informed transition.

In recognition of Menopause Awareness Month, the Occupational Health, Safety and Wellbeing Service will be raising awareness this October.

ADHD, when left untreated or unmanaged, can significantly impact mental health.
The frustration, emotional exhaustion, and strain from dealing with ADHD symptoms can lead to anxiety, depression, and other issues. However, with appropriate treatment and coping strategies, people with ADHD can lead fulfilling, productive lives.

A self-service Health Kiosk machine is available to anyone, any time, and free of charge.
Just follow the onscreen instructions. You don’t need an appointment.

A one-day course is being held to give people more information on how to prepare for retirement. It will be held on 1 November at Thomas Yeoman House in Leicester Row. Book on Resourcelink with the course code COCC020.
