Aston Centre for Growth are inviting businesses to apply to join the Help to Grow management course commencing in September.
The 12-week government-funded management course is tailored for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in the UK. Participants undergo comprehensive leadership training through a combination of online and in-person sessions.
The next cohort begins on Monday 9 September 2024.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Develop leadership skills at modules delivered by world-class academics and experienced business leaders
- Build a clear action plan for the future of your business
- Share experiences with other business owners and build your SME networks
- Receive one-to-one support from an experienced business mentor

Coventry City Council’s Job Shop has officially opened in its new home, following a celebratory launch event which took place on Wednesday 10 July.
The Job Shop moved to its new home at West Orchards Shopping Centre back in March this year, as part of the City Centre South Development. After four months of hard work from staff and a settling in period, the Job Shop hosted a celebratory launch event to mark the special occasion.
To date, over 60,000 people have registered with the Job Shop, whilst over 15,000 residents have been supported into local employment. With an average of over 150 customers a day, the Job Shop remains an integral part of the Employment, Skills and Adult Education offering at Coventry City Council, supporting residents through their own employment and education pathway.
The Job Shop is open Monday to Friday, 9.30am (Thursdays 10.30am) to 4.30pm.
