Sports Fest returns next week!

Coventry’s much-loved Sports Fest event is set to return with six days of FREE activities this summer.

The Autumn Term Choice magazine is now available

You can enrol from Monday 19 August by going online and selecting 'Enrol Online for an Adult Education Course' and search for the course you would like to join or call us on 024 7697 5200.

There is also a drop in session on Thursday 3 September at Cheylesmore Community Centre between 10am and 12pm.

Family Hubs offer FREE summer activities

An exciting range of FREE activities, workshops, events and special sessions are taking place over the six weeks of the summer holidays across the eight Family Hubs.

As well as the usual sessions, there will be boxing sessions, arts and crafts activities, sports in the parks, Media Mania music sessions, SEND sessions and 'Come and See' open sessions in the Hub buildings to help families access what the Family Hubs offer.

Lunt Roman Festival 2024

Taking place on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 August is set to be the biggest and best Festival yet.

The Lunt’s most spectacular event of the year, when the fort truly comes to life! Marvel at displays from living history re-enactment groups, take to the field as part of our interactive Battle Drill, or soak in the atmosphere of our vibrant living history village.

Summer time sessions at The Wave

Bookings are now open for the summer holidays session between 19 July to 31 August at The Wave. There's Go CV and Go CV+ discounts on tickets with a fully validated accounts.

Ride six high-speed slides, get soaked in The Reef, make a splash in The Wave Pool and wind around The Lazy River.

The next Quiet Time sessions are Sunday 4 and Monday 12 August at 4pm. A fun-filled experience in a calm environment with no music, sensory toys, plus accessible changing rooms. Ideal for families and individuals who have complex needs and disabilities

Summer at the St Mary's Guildhall

Throughout the summer holidays find family friendly activities such as a children’s trail, Tudor kitchens and summer themed crafts in St Mary's Guildhall.

Discover 700 years of power, partying and propaganda in a unique historical setting within Coventry's Cathedral Quarter.

Until 27 September standard entry tickets also include entry to the Stories That Made Us: Protect and Identity exhibition.

Bands in the Park take place from June to September in many of Coventry's beautiful parks. There's a variety of music from brass bands to acoustic bands. There is something for all the family to enjoy on a relaxing summer Sunday afternoon and all for free.

The events will take place on Sundays from 2pm to 3.30pm unless otherwise stated.

Welcoming a new addition to the family is an exciting journey, and Coventry Start For Life is enhancing the experience for eligible parents-to-be by offering a special opportunity to receive FREE 12-week and 20-week ultrasound scan pictures for those who qualify for Go CV+

The offer is available at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) NHS Trust until 31 March 2025, and individuals may be asked for proof of Go CV+ eligibility.
