Free bike maintenance in Broadgate
It finally feels like spring is here! If the arrival of nicer weather has inspired you to take to two wheels, but your trusty steed needs some TLC, why not pop along to Broadgate on 14 May where our friendly Doctor Bike will be able to give your bike a quick check up and attend to minor maintenance?
This service is being provided free of charge as part of our "Moments for Movement" theme for Mental Health Awareness Day 2024. Other activities on the day.

Our website has had a little spring clean too. We have updated information about our fantastic Coundon and Binley cycleways, so why not see where they can take you? We also have some great new routes in the pipeline, and you can read all about them too.
Binley Woods cycling improvements
Over in Warwickshire, they are consulting on proposals to improve cycling along the A428 in Binley Woods. If built, this proposal would help Coventry residents access open space, and Warwickshire residents commute into the city.
The consultation closing date is 28 May, and a drop-in session will be held at Broadstreet Rugby Club, Ivor Preece Centre, 105 Rugby Road, Binley Woods CV3 2AY

Government consultation on traffic enforcement
The government is consulting on potential changes to local councils' enforcement of traffic and parking restrictions. The consultation is open until 11 May 2024.
103rd annual cyclists memorial service to take place in Meriden
Each year, the Cyclists' Touring Club hosts a memorial service for cyclists who have fallen in combat, at the National Cyclists Memorial in Meriden.
