Welcome to our weekly newsletter where you can get the latest updates from CCC.
In this newsletter:
Local and regional elections are happening across Coventry tomorrow (2 May).
This is your chance to have your say on the future of our city and our region.
Anybody voting in a polling station on 2 May will need to provide a form of photographic ID before they can receive a ballot paper. The full list of accepted forms of ID can be found on the Electoral Commission website.
Please be aware that if you appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf, the person you appoint to vote must show their own photographic ID at the polling station.
If you live in Radford Ward, please be aware that your local election has been postponed due to the tragic death of a candidate. You will however still be able to vote in the West Midlands Mayoral and Police and Crime Commissioner at your polling station tomorrow.
The new paid-for garden waste collections will start the week beginning 3 June and you can now sign up for your permit on our website.
The permit costs £40 for the year. You can pay online, over the phone or in person at the Customer Service Centre in Upper Precinct.
