Coventry City Council equality, diversity and inclusion survey
Coventry City Council has launched an equality, diversity and inclusion survey and is encouraging all businesses in the city to complete.
The survey aims to ensure that equality, diversity and inclusion are embedded within all procurement policies, procedures and activities. The information collected will help to improve future sourcing requirements by seeking to understand what local businesses, in particular micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), think the barriers to accessing and tendering for Council contracts are. Following last year’s survey, inclusive procurement changes were made to the Council’s contract procedure rules, which are available on the Council’s website.
Following close of the survey the feedback will be used to lead targeted engagement with local businesses over the next 12-months in an effort to continue to reduce or remove any barriers identified.
Data will not be shared, and the responses will help to provide more Coventry companies the opportunity to provide goods, services or works to the Council.
To take part in the survey, and be in with a chance of winning one of three special prizes, including tickets to this year’s Godiva festival, follow the link below.
