The Property Licensing and Housing Enforcement Team are pleased to announce our first Landlord Forum of 2024 and invite Private sector Landlords to join us on Wednesday 13 March 2024 at Coventry Rugby Club. The event is hosted in collaboration with our colleagues at the NRLA and will run from 6:30pm to 8:30pm with registration opening at 6pm.
The event will feature all the usual updates on legislation and news but will also have a special presentation around the proposed new additional licensing scheme for houses in multiple occupation 2025-2030 and information on how you can have your say on the proposals. Other guest speakers to be arranged.
A light buffet will be provided. Spaces are limited and the event is strictly ticket only.
