Reduced entry fees for Coventry Half Marathon
There's reduced entry fees for all Go CV members for the Coventry Half Marathon which is organised by Run For All and takes place on Sunday 29 October. You will continue to pay the Early Bird rates!
The event is returning to run on the much-loved city’s previous Half Marathon route, starting in the heart of the city centre on Gosford Street and finishing outside the steps of Coventry Cathedral.

 Family festival at The Charterhouse
Explore three floors of historic storytelling, world-class Medieval and Elizabethan wall paintings and 70 acres of wildlife, with FREE entry to Charterhouse as part of Heritage Open Days - on Sunday 10 September between 10am to 4pm.
Plus a day of cycling and family fun!
Follow the traffic-free route from Broadgate to Charterhouse for a free family festival, and then join a guided ride onto Binley Cycleway towards The Millpool in Binley.
Bring your own bike, or head to Broadgate to hire bikes (ID required) or find West Midlands Cycle Hire docks (16+), at Broadgate, Charterhouse and The Millpool.

 Heritage Open Days, the national festival celebrating England's built heritage, is returning to Coventry for between Friday September to Sunday 17 September 2023.
Visitors can expect special events, tours, and even privileged access to sites only open during Heritage Open Days. There are many hidden gems that will both entertain and educate.
More than 50 venues will be taking part in the 10-day national event, with castles, churches, cemeteries and museums included in this year’s offer. Some venues will also be holding free activities, tours and talks for visitors to enjoy.
Once again, many venues which are not usually accessible to the public will be opening their doors to visitors for FREE.

 Bands in the Park - last of the 2023 season with Cubbington Silver Band.
The final free, relaxing, family-friendly, musical experience takes place on Sunday 17 September between 2 and 3.30pm in the historic Caludon Castle Park held in conjunction with the Heritage Open Days.
The free mini concert aims to entertain and create a fun atmosphere for crowds to enjoy.
