Voter ID: Are you ready for the May Elections
Local elections will be taking place on Thursday 4 May. Anybody voting in a polling station at those elections will be required to show a form of photographic ID.
To find out what forms of photo ID will be accepted, please visit the Electoral Commission website.Â
Anyone who does not have one of these accepted forms of ID can apply for a free Voter Authority Certificate on the Government website.

Behind the Scenes is now open at Coventry Transport Museum
Discover rarely seen treasures from our reserve collection in our Behind the Scenes: Wheels and Workers gallery. Thirty vehicles have been brought out of storage to be displayed - the majority located in a gallery usually reserved for temporary exhibitions, just beyond the entrance to the museum.Â
A car owned by Diana, Princess of Wales, that was believed to be a gift from King Charles III and a vehicle that helped to launch a range of Barbie toys can now be seen for the first time. FREE admission with your Go CV card.
