Delve into Charles Dickens’ timeless Christmas classic this Winter as it jumps from page to stage brimming with heart-warming merriment and Victorian charm.
It’s Christmas Eve and Ebenezer Scrooge has not an ounce of festive cheer. When the clock strikes midnight, Scrooge is visited by four ghostly spirits who each whisk him away on a magical journey through his past, present and future hoping to reveal the error of his cold-heart and change his life forever.
The Albany Theatre brings this much-loved tale vividly to life with breath-taking sets, spellbinding costumes, heaps of Christmas spirit and a sprinkle of spooky goings on.
Age Guidance: A Christmas Carol is sure to be a festive family treat, but please be aware that some scenes may be a little scary for younger audience members – we advise 7+. Running time: Approx 2 hours [including a 20-minute interval]

Santa will welcome you to his sleigh lodge on level 3 of the shopping centre. He will show you a safety video and then take you through to the Virtual Reality Sleigh Ride…
Once on board, led by our very own D.A.S.H, you’ll be transported across the globe (and even into space!) as we give the sleigh a trial flight before Christmas Eve. Hold on to your hats and antlers everyone, this could be a bumpy ride…
After the ride, the children will chat with Santa for a few minutes and each child will receive a small chocolate gift.

Coventry City of Culture Trust is delighted to announce that The Reel Store will host an immersive exhibition exploring the life and work of the iconic Mexican painter Frida Kahlo until 29 January 2023.
