We are currently looking for feedback on our Right Help, Right Time Guidance document, and would like to know how you use the document in your agency and any issues that you encounter.
The EHM promotional video is live on the EHM webpage.
The video contains a selection of EHM users sharing their positive experiences of using the system and is designed to encourage further uptake of EHM.

The Regional Child Protection Procedures for West Midlands has guidance to support practitioners to identify and support children and young people who are harming themselves or displaying suicidal behaviour.
The guidance includes information on risks and indicators, protection and action to be taken and consent and confidentiality.

SafeCall is a national helpline and support service for young victims of County Lines, Criminal Exploitation and gangs, as well as their families and professionals. The service is available for Young people up to age 25.
For young people – there is an anonymous phone or online chat service and an option for face to face support delivered by Catch22 that includes advocacy, counselling and peer support.
There is also a text / phone helpline service for parents, carers, foster carers, grandparents etc and a peer support forum if they wish.
Call or text 116000 for free confidential help. 9am - 11pm, 7 days a week.

BeReal is a social media app that prompts users to post a photo of what they are doing in the moment within 2 minutes, every day at a different time.
Users can share their location and post the image to a friends list or the public.

We have uploaded the presentations from our latest Safeguarding Together Action Group, providing an overview of the Early Help System, the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) and providing case studies of what an appropriate level of referral to both looks like.
The Right Help Right Time training has been updated and there will two virtual sessions available in the new year. Please see below for details of the dates and how to book a place:
CSCP Training

- Wednesday 15 March 2023 – 2:00PM – 4:00PM
Both sessions will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams
- These sessions are regularly reviewed and updated to include key information and messages
- Use of case studies and examples throughout the session
- Opportunity to ask questions to facilitators
- Resources shared with delegates
CSCP training is developed for Coventry services, and delegates should be working with Coventry children/families.
Thewre is no charge to attend this training - charges will apply for non-attendance.

Birmingham Safeguarding Children Partnership have published their Serious Case Review 'Hakeem'. The review focused on childhood neglect and parental substance misuse which led to the death of a 7 year old following an asthma attack.
Following the review, Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust have produced a short YouTube film ‘Managing Asthma in Children’ which provides advice for parents on caring for children with Asthma.
