In this issue:
We are changing our HMO licensing fee structure from 1 April 2022. The fees will apply to new HMO applications that are submitted on or after 1 April 2022. Please see the new fee structure below. We have also updated our HMO policy which reflects the changes in fees and our new approach for waiving licensing fees for properties used to tackle homelessness.
Stage 1 fees for withdrawn applications will no longer be refundable from 1 April 2022. However, we will continue to assess requests for refunds depending on specific circumstances on a case by case basis.
