New online mental health support for children and young people coming soon to Coventry

A new anonymous digital counselling and support service for children and young people, Kooth, is coming soon to Coventry. Kooth is a safe, free and confidential way for young people to access emotional wellbeing and early intervention mental health support.

Moat House

Re-surfaced 3G pitch coming to Moat House Leisure and Neighbourhood Centre

Moat House Leisure and Neighborhood Centre is having their 3G outdoor football pitch upgraded. The current football pitch has served the city well for more than 10 years, hosting various Coventry clubs and residents.

Food plea

Coventry food donations plea

Social supermarkets from across Coventry are teaming up in a plea for donations of food and supplies to help support families in need.

Nine venues across the city are hoping to receive donations from residents and will be holding a Covid-secure drop off on Easter Saturday – 3 April.

CSW COVID Business Pledge launched

Coventry City, Solihull and Warwickshire County councils are launching a Business Pledge for all businesses, including shops and hospitality, to help reassure staff and customers that businesses and venues here are operating in a COVID secure manner.

The Pledge is being developed in preparation for the second step of the roadmap out of lockdown.

What to do if you feel unwell, or live with someone who is unwell

Stay at home if you have either:

  • A high temperature – you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
  • A new, continuous cough – this means you've started coughing repeatedly
  • Loss or change in sense or smell or taste
