Coventry has now moved into Tier 2 of the COVID safety regulations.

That means extra restrictions, so please make sure you know all the guidelines and check out the Council website. There are still lots of ways for you to stay active and enjoy our city and its attractions.

There are a few ideas below, and keep up to date on the Go CV website.

And if you're celebrating Halloween and Bonfire Night at home, stay safe and have fun.

Take the survey and win tickets to The Wave

Go CV Survey

People across the city are being asked to give their views in a Go CV survey – and give themselves the chance of winning a family ticket to The Wave waterpark.

The survey will help the Go CV team understand how people use their Go CV card and how they would like to use it in the future, and it is open to Go CV members and non members.

The information given will be used to facilitate future discounts and offers and improve the signing-up process.

The survey runs until 11 November.  All entries will automatically be entered into a prize draw for a family ticket to The Wave. Entries are limited to one per person.

You can complete the survey online or simply scan the QR code.

Go Parks: finding new ways to use your parks

Graphic for Go Parks project

Part of our 'Go' family, Go Parks is an exciting project offering residents new ways to use their parks.

Head to Stoke Heath park for a free 1-1 virtual workout on the outdoor gym equipment - simply scan the QR code on the equipment and get moving!

Or why not head to War Memorial Park for a round of footgolf this weekend?

Keep your eyes peeled in your local park for more Go Parks offers and opportunities, and keep up to date on Coventry Sport's Twitter or Facebook

'Go Connect' a great success

A young family enjoying the inflatable toys at the Quiet Time session

Another part of the 'Go' family is Go Connect.

Around 100 children and their families visited The Wave to take part in the Go Connect Quiet Time session, a two-hour pilot that saw people with disabilities and sensory needs - along with their families - given exclusive access to the water park.

The success of the session was reflected through great customer feedback.

"Because of the reduced numbers," one parent said, "there were no queues which significantly reduced my child's anxiety. It's been a long time since we had so much fun.”

Look out for more Quiet Time sessions at The Wave coming soon!
