The Council would like to work together with private landlords in providing permanent, affordable homes for people in the city who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Access to Social Housing is limited in the city, and the Council wants to strengthen our relationship with private landlords and develop a scheme that meets the council’s, the landlords’ and the customers’ requirements.
To help us shape the scheme, we want to explain our plans in more detail and ask private landlords to give us their thoughts and ideas on how the scheme can work best. We have therefore prepared a short survey to ask your views. Complete the survey.
