Bike Week Competition - Ride 7 times in 7 days to win

Bike Week (8 -16 June) aims is to get many more people across the UK to give cycling a try, encouraging people to get out on their bikes. Pledge to take part in the #7DaysofCycling as part of Bike Week 2019 and you'll have a chance to win fantastic prizes. Enter by 16 June

OVO Energy Women’s Tour - Thursday 13 June

Women's Tour

Stage 4 of the Women's Tour is coming through Coventry on the 158 kilometre leg from Warwick to Burton Dassett Hills Country Park on Thursday 13 June.  Riders are due to depart from Warwick at 10.30am and are expected at Kenilworth Castle by 10.45 and the University of Warwick by 11am.  Visit the event website for more information.


Let's Ride Pop Up War Memorial Park - Sunday 16 June

Celebrate Bike Week with a ride around a 1 mile traffic free loop of War Memorial Park at Let's Ride Pop Up family cycling event on Sunday 16 June 10am - 12pm. Parkride will be present providing free access to adapted and mainstream bikes. It's totally free to take part, so simply sign up free for Let's Ride Pop Up.

Better Streets - Submit your idea

Better Streets

The Better Streets Community Fund is your opportunity to secure funding to improve your streets by making them a better place to live and move about in. West Midlands Combined Authority is providing funding to councils to make improvements that can help develop your community and we need your help!


Free cycle training for adults

Free adult learn to ride sessions continue on Saturdays at Caludon Castle Sports Centre. Bikes are available to borrow. Book online 

On road training is also available on request for ages 16+ to build your confidence to ride on the road with adult cycle training if you live, work or study in Coventry

Ready Set Ride - Teach your child to ride

Ready Set Ride

The next teach your child to ride session is at the Let's Ride Pop Up family cycling event on Sunday 21 July 10am - 12pm in War Memorial Park. Visit the HSBC UK Ready Set Ride zone for learning to ride, with a British Cycling coach on hand to show you the new, fun and easy way to get kids cycling. Children's bikes available to borrow.

Let's Ride Coventry - 3 months to go

The countdown to Let's Ride Coventry on Sunday 8 September has begun. The city centre hosts a free cycling festival with a difference. See the city from the saddle on a traffic free circuit including the Ring Road and Cathedral Quarter. There are lots of free family activities You can do as many laps of the 5km circuit as you want and there's a 1km option too. Sign up for Let;s Ride Coventry
