Coventry City Council weekly news round-up special – Christmas bin collections and opening times

Your collections over Christmas:

Remember, over Christmas week, all bin collections will be a day later than usual, so collections on:

• Tuesday 26 December will be on Wednesday 27 December

• Wednesday 27 December will be on Thursday 28 December

• Thursday 28 December will be on Friday 29 December

• Friday 29 December will be on Saturday 30 December

And don’t forget, you can recycle your real Christmas Trees by chopping them up and putting them in your garden waste bins or taking them along to the War Memorial Park – watch out for details after Christmas.

Christmas closure:

Council offices - with the exception of some statutory and essential services - will be closed from Saturday 23 December, reopening on Tuesday 2 January.
