Magic Mile in Longford Park - 19 February

Take it easy on a 1 mile traffic free circuit around Longford Park which is suitable for all ages and abilities.

You can ride a bike, skate, scoot, run, jog or walk. 

The free monthly Magic Mile is hosted by the Friends of Longford Park and starts at 10am by the car park off Windmill Road, CV6 7BE.

Sportive Charity Ride - 19 February

Coventry Road Club

Coventry Road Club are hosting their 5th Sportive/Charity Cycle Ride  in aid of Zoe's Place Baby Hospice.  

Choose from 28 and 58 mile road routes around the Warwickshire countryside. 

Download an entry form £10 entry fee per rider. Riders under 18 need a completed parental consent form and under 16s need to be accompanied.

Indoor learn to ride courses for children: 22 - 24 February

Extra indoor learn to ride and beginners courses for children (aged 4 -15) will take place at Coventry Sports Centre 22, 23 and 24 Feb.  

Request a free place online. 

Bikes and helmets are available to borrow on request when you book. 

Free bike security marking at Pool Meadow - 23 February

Protect your bike with the Safer Travel Police. Pool Meadow Bus Station is hosting another free bike security marking session on Thursday 23 Feb 4pm - 6pm. 

Wheel your bike in through the doors at the corner of Priory St/Fairfax St.

Free adult cycle training for beginners - 4 March

Adult Cycle Training

Get ready to ride this spring with a free cycle training course for absolute beginners and novices at Coventry Sports Centre. First session is on Saturday 4 March. 

 

Book your free place and request a bike to borrow if you need one.  

Wheels for All sessions at AT7

Wheels for All Coventry

Wheels for All Coventry's regular inclusive cycling sessions continue at Centre AT7 on Saturdays 4-6pm till 11 February.

A range of adapted cycles are available to ride including tandems, trikes and hand cycles.  Each two hour session costs £4.

Slow Roll Socials

Slow Roll rides are taking a break till April.  In their place is the fortnightly Slow Roll Cycling Social on Monday evenings at 6.30pm at Drapers on Earl Street, CV1 5RU. Next event is on 13 February.
