  • Census 2011 data showed Coventry was ranked 15th out of all towns and cities in England and Wales in terms of the proportion of the total population who are full-time students, although not all of the students at local universities live in the city.
  • The population of Coventry is notably higher during term-time (Census 2011). This chart shows that the increase during term-time is concentrated amongst 18-24 year olds.
