This Saturday (16 July) and 13 August, The Great Big Tree Climbing Co. will be offering 30 minute tree climbing experience sessions to the public. This is an amazing opportunity to view the park from a different level and appreciate the work of the 18th century landscape gardener Lancelot "Capability" Brown.
Suitable for six years and above: children and adults are equally welcome to try out this activity. Sessions cost just £3 each. Due to limited places, early booking is advisable. Call 024 7645 3720, 10am to 4pm, for details.
This event is being partly funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund as part of the Capability Brown Festival.

Important information for car park season ticket holders
You may have noticed recently some changes to the look of our car park. We are introducing a new car park system with barriers and automatic number plate recognition (ANPR).
All season ticket holders will receive letters this week requesting confirmation of their details so that we can ensure their registration numbers are accurately added to the database. This exercise will ensure that the cameras which are linked to the entry and exit barriers will lift for current season ticket holders. No additional passes will be required. Please complete and return the form in the envelope provided or alternatively confirm your details at www.coventry.gov.uk/coombeparking
We will be publishing guidelines on how to pay for day tickets with the new system over the coming weeks.
