Move With Us
Creative movement for carers. Gentle creative movement sessions to help carers to feel good in both body and mind. Join us for some "Me Time" or attend with those you care for.

Discover new ways to breathe, relax, move and express yourself. An online wellbeing workshop that gives you the space and time to help you feel better in yourself.
Action transport Theatre are just starting their next young writers project for young people aged between 13-17 (it's totally free!)
Work Zones
All Work Zones are closed to the public. Mentoring appointments and registrations are still available online and by phone for existing customers and other unemployed residents looking for employment support.
The Work Zones are offering a job matching service for employees who have recently been laid off or had their hours reduced by the coronavirus outbreak, and are looking to transfer temporarily to a new job.
