You can spread the virus even if you don’t have symptoms.
Staying at home and away from others (social distancing). This is the single most important action that we can all take, to help fight coronavirus. We need to stay at home in order to protect the NHS and save lives.
We have launched a dedicated helpline to provide advice and support, and where necessary make arrangements for food, medicines and social contact.

Work Zones All Work Zones are closed to the public. Mentoring appointments and registrations are still available online and by phone for existing customers and other unemployed residents looking for employment support.
The Work Zones are offering a job matching service for employees who have recently been laid off or had their hours reduced by the coronavirus outbreak, and are looking to transfer temporarily to a new job.
