Recruitment support from local colleges

Macclesfield College and Cheshire South and West College are offering advice and support with recruitment and retention for early years providers.

Macclesfield College can help providers to advertise vacancies, provide support through the recruitment process and identify potential candidates for jobs.

They are running an Apprenticeship Open Day on 3 March where employers can have a stall to showcase their business.

Macclesfield College Apprenticeships

Cheshire College South and West can support your setting in recruiting new employees via effective selection and recruitment. The College will work closely with providers in devising an advert, manage the process of advertising via the National Apprenticeship Service, sift all applications from source and support you in finding the right candidate.

The College has an upcoming Career week commencing 9^th March on campus.
