Council offices at Southfields
The main council office building at Southfields is currently closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Refuse collections
Garden waste collections are running in a reduced capacity at present. More information can be found at www.charnwood.gov.uk/gwr.
Refuse and recycling waste collections will be running as normal over the weekend.
Bulky Collections
Bulky waste collections ordered before 4pm on Thursday May 21 will be collected on Saturday May 23 from 6am instead of Monday May 25.
Telephone Contact Centre
The Council's telephone Contact Centre is open until 5pm on Friday May 22 and then:
- Closed Monday May 25 and reopen fully as normal from 8.30am on Tuesday, May 26
