Changes to refuse and recycling collections at Christmas
There will be some changes to your refuse and recycling collections over the Christmas period. Please see changes below.
- No changes to Tuesday December 24 (Christmas Eve) collections
- Wednesday December 25 (Christmas Day) collections will change to Friday December 27
- Thursday December 26 (Boxing Day) collections will change to Saturday December 28
- Friday December 27 collections will change to Monday December 30
- No changes to Tuesday December 31 (New Years Eve) collections
- Wednesday January 1 (New Years Day) collections will change to Thursday January 2
- Thursday January 2 collections will change to Friday January 3
- Friday January 3 collections will change to Saturday January 4
Please be aware there will be no garden waste collections from Friday December 20, 2019 until the service recommences from Monday January 6, 2020.
The final bulky waste collection of 2019 will be on Monday December 23. They will start up on again on Monday January 6, 2020.
Please ensure your bin is out by 6am on your changed collection day.
