Bills will be sent to every household

Council Tax bills are being sent out in the coming few days. They should be with all households next week. You'll get a copy of Info Central included with your bill. This is your guide to council services, spending and key contacts for 2019/20. Check how much you'll pay If you want to know what you will pay now, you can check this on our website. You will need to know which band your property is in. This will be shown on last year's bill.  If you've recently moved in or are unsure which band you are on, you can check this on the Directgov website. To challenge your council tax band, please contact the Valuation Office Agency (VOA).

Direct Debit - the easy way to pay

If you already pay by Direct Debit then you don't need to do anything. 

We will take your first payment on your agreed day in April. 

If you're not on Direct Debit, you can set this up on our website once your bill arrives. 

You can choose what part of the month payment is taken - 5, 9, 19 or the last day of the month - and payments will be protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
