Closure Order
A recent enforcement action saw the successful implementation of a Closure Order on one of our council properties. Officers gathered evidence and prepared a comprehensive case file, which was submitted to the court for consideration.
Following a review of the evidence, the court granted the Closure Order, enabling immediate action to address ongoing issues associated with the property. A Closure Order places strict restrictions on access, meaning that no one is permitted to enter the premises unless they are a lawful resident, a council officer, or emergency services.
This measure helps to protect the local community, prevent further nuisance or disorder, and ensure the property is managed safely and responsibly.
Protect your bike for FREE!
In partnership with Bike Register, the UK’s National Cycle Database, we’ve secured 600 police marking kits to help prevent bike theft and increase the chances of stolen bikes being returned to their rightful owners.
Our officers and PCSOs will be out at community events and offering bike marking appointments at local police stations across the area.
Keep an eye out for us in your community!
