Social Leaders West Wales - Clore Social Leadership

A fully funded community leader programme designed to strengthen leadership across the vibrant communities of Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.  You might be leading in your community, your workplace, or through lived experience. Age Cymru Dyfed, in partnership with local community transport provider Dolen Teifi, is proud to provide On The Go – Ar Y Ffordd, a community transport scheme designed to improve mobility, independence, and wellbeing for people living with a disability across Carmarthenshire.

Thanks to funding from the Motability Foundation, the scheme will introduce 10 wheelchair-accessible vehicles across 10 community locations by 2026. These vehicles will provide safe, reliable transport not only for essential appointments, but also for social, recreational, and community activities – helping people stay connected and live fuller lives.
