STAR Survey – still time to have your say
The STAR Tenant Satisfaction survey is live and we want to hear from everyone living in a Council owned home.
Tell us what you think about:
- The quality of your home
- Repairs service
- Grounds maintenance
- Tenancy support
- Communication
- The neighbourhood
We have extended the survey deadline to gather as many opinions as possible. The survey will close on 7 September.
The survey has been sent out on our behalf by Acuity.

Protect the items in your home with Tenant Contents Insurance
Tenant Contents insurance protects the contents of your home, garage and shed as a result of damage by vandalism, water leaks, flooding, storms, or fire.
The items covered includes clothes, TVs, kitchen appliances, furniture, gadgets, garden tools and more.
We insure all Council owned homes and any items we provide, but we do not cover the contents of the home or your belongings. Tenant content insurance will financially protect the items in your home.
You can pay weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or in one upfront payment until your yearly review date - whatever suits you best.
We can provide information on a tenant contents scheme called Just for You which is administered by Royal Sun Alliance.

Warning to residents: Beware of council tax scam emails
Carmarthenshire County Council is warning residents about fraudulent emails circulating that claim to be from the council regarding unpaid council tax balances.
These scam emails are not from the council and are designed to trick recipients into revealing personal or financial information.
