Join Slow Trails of Carmarthenshire campaign!
Funded by UK Government’s Shared Prosperity Fund, this campaign has been designed to extend the tourism season by encouraging visitors to slow down and truly connect with our beautiful county.
Through three-day immersive itineraries, eco-conscious travellers will be invited to explore our stunning countryside, dramatic coastline, and vibrant market towns all at a gentle, meaningful pace. These itineraries will help visitors forge deeper connections with nature, local culture, and the warm, welcoming people who bring the area to life.

New cycling tourism toolkit
Thank you to everyone who took part in last month’s Tywi Valley Path familiarisation event! It was a fantastic day exploring the western section of the route and discussing how local businesses can benefit from the growing cycling tourism market. We were excited to introduce the Cycling Tourism Toolkit, a free online guide packed with practical tips designed to help businesses attract and welcome cycling visitors. The toolkit is a great starting point for any business looking to tap into this expanding market.
