Our Resource Bases provide morning and afternoon sessions for individuals, offering a wide range of activities which are tailored to meet the outcomes of the individuals who attend. You will be required to work across different day bases during the working week.

Community Support Worker

We are looking to recruit a 21 hour support worker to work as part of our Community Support Team based in Pontllanfraith.

The role of a community support worker is to provide support to individuals with learning difficulties and to source voluntary and work opportunities of their choice. You will support individuals to develop skills, gain knowledge and obtain qualifications, whilst making it a fun and fulfilling session.
