Senior Community Services Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Community Services Officer to join our Day Services Management Team managing two Community Resource Bases.

Our Resource Bases provide morning and afternoon sessions for individuals, offering a wide range of activities which are tailored to meet the outcomes of the individuals who attend. You will be required to work across different day bases during the working week.

💰 Salary: £31,099 - £33,820

DEWIS Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a DEWIS Coordinator.

The post holder will be a key member of the Social Services Information, Advice and Assistance Team and will contribute to the effective operation of the service by leading on the development and management of the DEWIS information resource, to ensure that high-quality wellbeing information is available to citizens, staff and organisations across Caerphilly.

Community Support Worker

We are looking to recruit a 21 hour support worker to work as part of our Community Support Team based in Pontllanfraith.

The role of a community support worker is to provide support to individuals with learning difficulties and to source voluntary and work opportunities of their choice. You will support individuals to develop skills, gain knowledge and obtain qualifications, whilst making it a fun and fulfilling session.

💰 Salary: £13,903 - £15,236
