We will soon be opening up the Framework for additional providers to come on board with us to deliver Flying Start and/or early Years Education places to meet increased demand. We have a small expansion of Flying Start in September and have identified some gaps in provision for Early Years Education places. If you are interested in this exciting opportunity to join our excellent Framework then please make sure you are registered on Sell4Wales website to receive the notification when it goes live.

This changes are currently being finalised so please look out for a special e-bulletin in your inbox over the next few days.

Talk with me - Sing me a rhyme at any time!

Talk with me
Talk with me

Songs and rhymes can help little ones learn to read in the future. Sometimes children have a favourite rhyme and want you to sing it over and over, that’s ok! Why not make it extra fun by:

  • Adding actions so they can join in
  • Pause at the exciting part to see if they get excited, for example merrily merrily merrily merrily, don’t forget to………..’.
  • Sit facing each other when you sing so you can see each other’s faces and show your little one the words and actions clearly.
