Got an appointment with Repairs coming up? There are some things you can do to help us get your repairs dealt with more quickly:

  • Ensure we have your up to date contact details
  • Be at home for any repairs appointments. If you need to cancel, please call us as soon as possible.
  • Only your child at home? They need to be over 18.
  • Ensure that the operative has access to the area they need to work in.
  • Please secure your pets.
  • Please refrain from smoking upon the operative’s arrival.
  • Please make sure the work area is clean and tidy.

Remember, you can report your repair via our online form

Our appointment slots for non-urgent repairs are 8am – 12:30pm (AM) and 12:30pm – 5pm (PM). Please be aware that if your job is an emergency, you will need to be home until we attend as we will be unable to provide a time.

It’s important to tell us if you or other family members have additional needs - for example, the very young or old and people with serious or long-term health conditions, so we can deal with issues more quickly than normal.
