Holocaust Memorial Day 2025

Monday 27 January, 11am, within the Walled Garden at Bramcote Hills Park, Ilkeston Road, Bramcote, NG9 3JT. 

Holocaust Memorial Day 2025

Join the Mayor of the Borough of Broxtowe, Councillor Sue Paterson along with speakers and Alderman White School Choir at a short ceremony to mark this annual event, which will reflect the theme of this year’s event, ‘For a Better Future.’

The ceremony will last for about 30 minutes and will take place outside, so it is advised to wrap up warm and wear appropriate footwear for the weather conditions.

Conservation Tours at The D.H. Lawrence Birthplace Museum

Wednesday 15 January, 9am - 10.30am at Addison Villas and 10.45am - 12pm at Plumptre Way Island.

Bulky Waste Action Day in Eastwood

Dispose of unwanted items like furniture, mattresses, electrical appliances (including TVs and fridges), broken toys, and play equipment - all at no cost. Let's work together to keep Eastwood clean and green. Don't miss this opportunity to declutter responsibly!

Using 'Bike Register' coding materials which do not damage your frames, come along to get your bike protected from theft. The Register is recommended by the Police and allows them to trace stolen bikes and return them successfully to their owners.
