Help is at hand from the Broxtowe High Street project to help you attract new customers for your retail business.
The project can help you to implement modern forms of online trading that complement, rather than replace, your high street presence.
Retail, hospitality, and leisure businesses can access:
- A High Street Business Adviser to:
- review your current marketing and social media activities, and offer advice on recommended actions
- help you develop or increase your digital presence
- provide social media support such as setting up a Google listing and, where needed, signing up to your first social media account
- Regular events and webinars to support growth and increase your digital know-how.
Benefits to your business
- Improved competitiveness by offering your customers a 24/7 shopping experience, with options to introduce click and collect and other online options.
- Raising awareness and footfall to your door and online presence.
Who’s eligible?
To qualify for support, business owners must run independent businesses based in the Borough of Broxtowe, and lease and pay rent on a bricks and mortar presence in a high street location.
Broxtowe High Street project is funded by Broxtowe Borough Council’s UKSPF allocation and delivered by East Midlands Chamber.
