Waste and Recycling Manager

Salary: £44,659 - £46,469

As the Waste and Recycling Manager you will be responsible for leading on the delivery of the Council’s waste and recycling strategy and policies.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate person who is able to communicate and engage with a wide variety of stakeholders to lead and manage positive environmental change.

Single Trade Operative (Plumber)

Salary: £28,635 - £30,170 plus tool allowance of between £0.77 and £1.74 per working day depending on trade.

We are looking for people to join our team to undertake repairs to the Council’s housing stock. We wish to recruit operatives with skills in plumbing.

The majority of your work will be undertaken in tenanted properties, but you may also be required to work in empty properties to undertake work to get these ready for new tenants.

You will have the use of a company van.

Economic Development Officer

Multi-Skilled Operative (Electrician)

Salary: £30,851 - £32,437 plus tool allowance of £1.74 per working day and opportunity to earn more

Here at Broxtowe we are looking for 3 qualified electricians as we embark on an ambitious project where our in house service delivery is being increased. You will be required to carry out general electrical repairs, fault finding, testing and inspections within occupied and void properties across the Borough, so it will be important that you are able to demonstrate such knowledge and skills and are aware of the need to complete works in a timely manner.

We are seeking a suitable qualified and experienced data analyst with experience of working with property management software or similar to help us to deliver an excellent property maintenance service.  

You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the Planned Maintenance databases to enable the development, procurement, monitoring and review of asset investment programmes across our portfolio.
