Spring cleaning in Brinsley

A group of people, including children, participating in litter picking in Brinsley for the Great British Spring Clean

We had a great turn out of residents from Brinsley for the Great British Spring Clean community litter pick on Saturday 25 March 2023. We're impressed to see that the community came together and collected over 30 bags of litter!

We'd like to give a big thank you to our residents that took part to take care of the environment alongside our Neighbourhood Wardens. We hope to continue this success at future litter picking events. We promote these events in these bulletins and on our social media channels so keep a look out for future dates.

If you’d like to organise your own litter picking event, we can help by loaning equipment. We will also arrange the collection of the waste when the event is finished. Our resource pack which provides everything you need to organise your event is also available.
