Salary: £45,945 - £47,664 (pay award pending)
We have a new opportunity for a professional with housing development, consultant management and project/financial management experience, to join the small capital works team with responsibility for securing the delivery of a range of affordable housing (circa 20 new homes a year) mainly comprising of rent and shared ownership properties to meet the needs of the residents of Broxtowe.
You would be joining us at an exciting time as we begin to directly invest in the delivery of new affordable housing.

Part Time Cleaners at Bramcote Leisure Centre
Salary: £18,888 per annum (£9.79 per hour)
Cleaner Role 1: 13.63 hrs per week
Cleaner Role 2: 14 hrs per week
Cleaner Role 3: 11.5 hrs per week
Duties will include cleaning changing rooms areas within the leisure centre campus, using machines and equipment as necessary: swimming and indoor changing rooms, corridors, shower areas, toilets, floors, offices, studios etc.
It is essential that you have a genuine desire to improve the facilities, ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the leisure centre. The ability to provide cover for other staff is desirable. It is desirable that applicants have experience of cleaning (although full training will be given).

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our successful ICT team as an ICT Technical Officer located in Beeston supporting approximately 550 Users across the Council.
Do you have the ability to own, diagnose, record and resolve user problems and technical faults quickly and accurately?
The post holder will need to be able to provide effective and efficient support to the Council’s internal customers and provide support for our Datacentre consisting of Virtual Infrastructure and SAN technologies.

Swimming & Fitness Instructor Apprenticeship
Salary: £18,888 (Temporary period up to 24 months)
Based at Bramcote Leisure Centre the post holder will provide support, in all aspects of Aquatics and fitness provision, to the Department Managers.
The ideal candidate will be a friendly and outgoing person who can demonstrate a positive attitude towards customer service and someone who is committed to achieving a high standard of work. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic personality.
The hours are 37 a week from Monday to Sunday, between 6.15am and 10.00pm. This will include early starts, late finishes and weekends.

Senior Environmental Health Officer - Food, Occupational Safety and Licensing
Salary: £40,809 - £42,619
We are looking for an experienced and qualified officer to lead, supervise and be responsible for our team dealing with food safety, occupational safety, infectious disease control, skin piercing registrations and animal and special treatment licensing.
The successful applicant must be qualified and competent in accordance with the current Food Law Code of Practice to act as the Authorities ‘Lead food Officer’ and have recent experience working in food safety in a Local Authority.
