Temporary Business Support Administrator

Salary: £19,296 (Temporary for 12 months)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our busy Business Support Team providing support to the Council’s Planning Team for 12 months.

The post will deal with enquiries from members of the public, send out consultation notices and decisions, scan and index planning files and update property histories in the Planning system. We are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised individual who is highly customer focused.

Temporary Office Cleaner

Salary: £9.79 per hour Maternity cover up to 1 year

We are looking for someone to join our cleaning team at the Council offices in Beeston to be responsible for ensuring that the offices are kept to a clean standard.

The role includes general cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, polishing, emptying bins etc.

You will be required to adhere to health and safety procedures in relation to cleaning, manual handling and working with cleaning chemicals. Some heavy lifting may be required.

Salary: Up to £22,302

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Housing Services and Strategy team. You would be joining a small team who are responsible for Housing Performance, Leasehold Services, acquisitions and administering the Right to Buy Scheme up to the conveyance stage.

As a Homeownership & Performance Officer, you will have awareness of performance management, be confident interpreting large data sets and have strong analytical skills. You will have the ability to work under pressure and handle competing priorities in meeting deadlines and commitments, and will be assisting the department to seek continuous improvement.

Temporary Leasehold Officer

Salary: Up to £24,163 25 hours per week (Temporary maternity cover)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Housing Services and Strategy team. We are looking for a Leasehold Officer to join our small, eclectic team who are responsible for Housing performance; Leasehold Services; land disputes; property acquisitions and the Right to Buy scheme.

You will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient service to our 295 leaseholders. This is a proactive role, and you will need to be highly organised and able to deal with competing priorities. You will also need excellent communication skills.

Children and Young People’s (CYP) Outreach Worker

Salary: £22,500 (Pro rata) (Fixed term until March 2023)

BWP now require an experienced and highly capable CYP Outreach Worker who can ensure that those on our waiting list can access much needed specialist support.

The CYP Outreach Worker will be a vital part of our CYP Services and wider team, continuing to make a positive and meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people affected by Domestic Abuse. You will work closely with our Children’s Service Coordinator to provide specialist support to children and young people who have been impacted by Domestic Abuse.

Wellbeing Officer
