Your Refuse Collection
We are very sorry for the ongoing disruption to your waste and recycling collections. As with many councils across the country, this is being caused by a combination of factors including a national driver shortage, positive Covid-19 cases and isolation, staff holidays and sickness.
We know how important these collections are to you and we are working hard to address these issues so that we can get the services back to normal as soon as possible.
We thank you for your patience and support.

Schools across Nottinghamshire started going back to school this week after the school summer holidays, and as schools reopen we want to remind parents to encourage their children to take regular lateral flow tests to help stop the spread of Covid-19.
You can order lateral flow tests online.

- Supporting biodiversity and wildlife
- Helping to combat climate change
Taking part in Organic September is better for wildlife and nature as organic farms are havens for wildlife and provide homes for bees, birds and butterflies, this is because: Organic farmers use fewer pesticides, land use on organic farms is more nature-friendly, organic farming supports cleaner water for wildlife
