Part Time Pool Leisure Assistant, Kimberley Leisure Centre

Salary: £9.36 - £9.56 per hour. 13.25 hours per week. 

This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in the leisure industry. You will be responsible for supervising swimmers in the pools, assisting with the day to day running of the centre, ensuring health, safety and well-being of customers and the smooth operation and cleanliness of the facility. Your duties will include lifeguarding and supervising pool activities; erecting and maintaining sports equipment; assisting with general cleaning duties around the centre; preparing the facility for operation. You will be in the front line of customer service, providing advice and information, helping customers participate and generally providing a high level of service.

Vehicle Maintenance Fitter

Salary: £21,827 - £23,111

We are looking for a motivated and experienced person to join our Vehicle and Plant Maintenance Team, to maintain the authority’s fleet of Vehicles and Equipment.

Based at the Council Depot in Kimberley, you will have had experience of maintaining all types of Vehicles and Equipment from small hand tools through to HGVs. You will be expected to work to MOT and VOSA test standards ensuring full compliance with Operator Licencing. Undertake gas, electric and M I G welding and have a general knowledge of fabrication techniques
