Cancellations of Sessions
Before
booking slots either directly through the Council or our Eventbrite Page, you
must ensure that you are fully committed to your chosen session/s with our
partners.
During our past few business support events, we have had several
no shows/cancellations with very late notice. This is unfair to both our valued
partners who offer their time (free of charge) to help us to provide these
business support events and the many businesses we have to decline for
appointments that could otherwise attend, because an event is at capacity.
Bookings for these
sessions are hugely popular, but may cease if our advisors continue to be left
with empty sessions we aren’t able to reappoint at such short notice.
If
you are successful in booking an session with one of our advisors, but find you are unable to attend, please let the Council know a minimum of 48hrs before your appointment
is due to take place. Unfortunately any cancellations or no shows after this
time may lead to you being refused appointments at our future business support events. Please help us to continue offering these free to business support sessions with our partner advisors.
