POST REF: Senior Planning Officer & Planning Officers X 2
Salary: Senior Planning Officer - £29,879 - £31,636 per annum, Planning Officers - £24,824 - £26,281 per annum
We are seeking individuals with the drive and enthusiasm to determine planning applications and help in delivering plans and projects within a well-organised planning service. Whilst experience would be advantageous, the Planning Officer positions would also be ideal for those who have graduated from University. Both would be based in Planning Policy.

The Leasehold Officer is the front-line response to managing the tenancies of the over 280 leaseholders of Broxtowe Borough Council. We are looking for someone who is committed to making a difference to people’s lives. Your role will involve daily contact with leaseholders to help them resolve housing related problems and issues.
