POST REF: C98 - CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICERS
Salary : £17,445 - £20,503 (part time pro rata) Full time hours - 37 per week Part time hours - 22 per week
As a customer services specialist you’ll have the ability to answer and resolve a wide variety of enquiries over the telephone and face to face. We provide a broad range of different services, including Benefits, Council Tax, Housing Repairs and Refuse, so you’ll need the ability to quickly understand and interpret information from a range of sources.
