Discover Winter starts with Christmas in Crown Street this Saturday
There is something for everyone on offer this year with events taking place throughout Brentwood, Ingatestone and Shenfield.
This Saturday, we have Christmas in Crown Street which will see a Christmas Market, live music, children’s slime making and entertainment to mark the start of the Discover Winter festivities.
Chicken & Frog bookshop will host a storyteller at 3pm and an author event at 4pm preceded by the St Thomas’ Choir at 2pm. The Larder will be serving hot home made soup too.
The Christmas trees around the borough at the Town Hall, St Thomas’ Church, Shenfield, Brentwood High Street, and Brentwood Station will be lit from Saturday. Thank you to our tree sponsors RCH Care Homes, Hallmark Care Homes, Brentwood Razzamataz and Mullis & Peake LLP Solicitors.
You can see a full list of Discover Winter activities on their website at www.Discoverbrentwood.co.uk. Or you can follow them on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram.
You can also download your very own Discover Winter Christmas brochure which includes the full seasonal events to enjoy in Brentwood, Shenfield and Ingatestone, a message from the Mayor of Brentwood and the Naughty Elf Trail entry form.
