In this staff newsletter we hear from Max about our new Behaviour Framework; there's the first of our weekly surveys to find out how you're feeling; the Christmas fun continues with our virtual advent calendar and a conundrum for a chance to win a prize; by-election news; and two really informative events: a menopause webinar and a mental health 'lunch and learn' at Elizabeth House

An update from Maxine O'Mahony on the Behaviour Framework

Welcome to our newest councillor!

Max, as our Returning Officer, would like to congratulate everyone involved in yesterday's by-election on their superb work!

The result was that our Hermitage ward is now represented by Cllr Robert Hambidge (Con).

It's important we all know who all our elected members are, and this is a good chance to remind yourself - the information is kept up to date on our website and intranet.

december plan

Take some time to reflect

As part of our Health and Wellbeing plan for December, we are asking you to take some time to reflect on the last twelve months as well as reflecting on your path going forward.

Each week, for the next four weeks, we’ll be taking a temperature check on how you’re feeling and what your thoughts are on a range of things but particularly on our new ways of working. The survey is anonymous and will only take a minute to complete. We really want to hear your views, which will help shape our next steps!

You can find out more about this on our intranet.

police

Police visit Elizabeth House

Yesterday we welcomed members of the Norfolk and Suffolk Constabulary to come and see our refurbished offices. Needless to say they were blown away by the space but most importantly picked up the ‘buzzy and happy feel about the place’ and expressed how ‘lucky [we are] to work in such an amazing’ environment. But hey, we knew that, didn’t we?
