New paper GP registration form available across England
To complement the 'Register with a GP surgery' digital registration service, there's now an updated paper form for patients with limited or no access to the online service.
The form uses the same standardised question set as the digital service, reducing variation in the patient experience, and has been designed with feedback from patients and practices. To find out more, visit the Resource Hub.
A new blog by Dr Kiren Collison explains how using this service helps ensure a warm welcome for everyone.
