Please help us to promote
Alcohol Awareness Week 1 - 7 July 2024
Transforming Drinking Habits
Alcohol Awareness Week is a chance for people to think about drinking and understand alcohol harm and the centre-stage role that it plays in our lives.
Alcohol is all around us. It’s promoted as we watch our favourite sports, advertised as we travel to work, and placed in our favourite films. It’s time for alcohol to take less of a leading role.
To help people take charge of their drinking habits and enjoy a healthier lifestyle Living Well would like to shine a spotlight on DrinkCoach, an online quiz designed to help people make informed decisions about alcohol.
To raise awareness of alcohol harms and the free services available for people in Bradford district, we would really appreciate your support to share our resources through your networks.
A toolkit is available to download, please click the pink button below.
In the toolkit you will find:
- A social media planner with suggested messages
- Social media images in a variety of formats
- TV Screen artwork
- Newsletter copy/web article
- Newsletter/web article images
There are so many alcohol myths. The truth is alcohol harm affects far more of us than we realise. Cutting down and managing alcohol can help people to feel better, improve their mood, sleep better, increase energy levels, strengthen relationships and save money.
Thank you for your support
